🔑 Important Booking Information
Age and Guest Limit: The primary renter must be 25 years or older and stay for the entire duration. Limit of 8 guests (maximum 6 adults).
NO PETS Allowed: Majestic Resort has a strict No Guest Pets policy, and violations will result in eviction without refund. Due to severe allergies, we cannot make exceptions. Please do not risk your vacation by bringing an animal.
Parking: Two spaces are available in the garage (one reserved spot on the 3rd deck). Parking registration is mandatory and paid separately via Majestic's parking portal: $41.50 per vehicle/per stay.
Check-In: A $500 security deposit hold and signed rental agreement with a matching ID are required after booking. Door codes are emailed 3 days prior to arrival once all requirements are completed.

Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
About the Owner
We live and work in PCB, but are originally from Texas, where most of our family resides. We purchased the condo to meet up with family as much as possible, make fun memories and have a great place to escape from cold winters. We hope you'll fall in love with Panama City Beach like we have and look forward to sharing the Majestic Resort and our condo with you and your family.Location
