Premium Sleeping: Two King beds, one Queen bed, and a new Queen sleeper sofa to comfortably sleep up to 8 guests.
Luxurious Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms, including one with a whirlpool tub for ultimate relaxation after a day on the sand. Thick soft towels make it extra comfy.
Gourmet Kitchen & Bar: A fully stocked kitchen with a full-size, dual ice maker (craft and regular ice!) refrigerator, plus a separate beverage refrigerator and in the bar area.
Top-Tier Entertainment: Enjoy movie night in the free movie theater or in the condo on the huge 75" Smart TV in the living room, plus 55", 50", and 40" Smart TVs in the bedrooms.
Stay Connected: Free high-speed WiFi and convenient USB charging ports.
Beach Ready: No need to lug your gear! We provide a handy wagon (great for groceries, too!), beach chairs, and beach toys (stored on the balcony).

🔑 Booking & Resort Policies (The Important Details)
To ensure a smooth stay, please review the following essential resort policies and check-in requirements:
Guest Requirements & Limits:
Age Requirement: Majestic Beach Resort requires the primary renter to be at least 25 years old and that this person must stay in the unit for the entire duration of the stay.
Guest Limit: A fire code maximum of 8 guests are permitted, with no more than 6 adults.
ID Check: After booking, we require a copy/scan of your State Identification Card (ID) to be uploaded with your rental agreement.
Parking & Vehicles:
Paid Parking: Parking is managed and paid directly through Majestic's parking portal. The fee is $41.50 per vehicle, per stay. You have access to two parking spaces in the garage. One is a reserved space on the 3rd deck that you may use after registration. Additional vehicles must use public or private parking one block away.
Security Deposit & Check-In:
After booking, our system will send you the rental agreement, and a request for your ID and a $500 security deposit via a credit card hold.
Door codes are emailed to you 3 days prior to arrival. They are only released once the signed rental agreement, matching ID, and security deposit hold are all successfully received.
Absolutely No Pets:
The Majestic Beach Resort has a strict 'No Guest Pets' policy and their security team will evict guests who violate this (without refund). Due to severe family and guest allergies, we cannot accommodate any animals. Please respect this rule to avoid ruining your vacation.

Please note that during the winter of 2025, we are updating fixtures, adding new furniture and painting 2 guest rooms (hence no pictures at this time).
We have replaced nearly all our furniture and made many uodates that we know you'll love. Watch for new pictures in March.

About the Owner
Hi there! We are the faces behind BeachVacationHub. Originally from Texas (where most of our family still resides!), we spent years traveling back and forth to Panama City Beach to escape the cold winters and make memories with our Florida family. We originally purchased our first condo at Majestic (Unit 2203 - The Pelican Zone) just to have a consistent place to gather and make memories, but we fell so in love with the community and the Emerald Coast that we decided to make a permanent move. In 2020, we officially traded our Texas home for the Gulf breeze and moved to Majestic Beach Resort full-time. Today, Unit 1904 (affectionately named Shorely Bliss) is our personal home base. Because this is our actual home, we’ve stocked it with the "extras" we love—like our comfy beds, lux linens, stocked kitchen with a dual craft ice maker and our favorite beach gear. When we travel in our RV during the summer, we love opening our home to other families so they can experience the same magic we do. As local residents who live and work right here in PCB, we take great pride in being "in the know." We’ve curated all our favorite local recommendations, resort pro-tips, and our full portfolio of properties under our family brand, BeachVacationHub.
